Workflows in FASTCUBE Fixture Builder

This section presents the most common workflows used by operators when designing and preparing fixtures.

Each workflow builds on the tools described in previous chapters, such as:

• Creating a new project

• Using a template

• Modifying workpiece placement

• Modification of fixture parameters

• Move the support plates

• Export CAD model of fixture

Fixture Creation Workflow

The most common workflow when creating a fixture is:

Create Project → Load Workpiece → Apply Template → Adjust Plates → Export Result

Common Fixture Workflows

The following areas describe typical fixture preparation scenarios:

• Fixture Creation Set up a new project, load a workpiece, and generate an initial fixture.

• Fixture Editing Refine support plates, clamp towers, and base plate configuration.

• Use the Fixture Result Assemble the physical fixture and export manufacturing outputs.
